If you use Beacon through an organization (for example, your employer or an agency), that organization may control how vehicle and account data is processed in the product. In those cases, their policies and instructions also apply.

Contact and account information: name, email address, company, role, phone number, and similar details you provide when requesting a demo, contacting sales, or creating an account.
Usage and device information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and approximate location derived from IP, collected through standard web logs and analytics.
Customer content in the product: depending on configuration, Beacon may process camera-derived vehicle data (such as plate, vehicle attributes, timestamps, and location identifiers), user activity logs, and related operational records uploaded or generated through the service.
Communications: content of emails or messages you send to us.
3. How we use information
Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Beacon websites and products.
Respond to demo requests, support inquiries, and other communications.
